The Garden
The path to our practice leads through our garden. Use the garden as a waiting room, enjoying a seat on one of our outdoor benches in the summer. Large picture windows also offer fantastic views over the surrounding outdoor scenery from our treatment rooms. You might even catch a glimpse of a squirrel.
Reception
Our reception team are ready to help you feel at ease from the moment you arrive. On your first visit, we will ask you to complete a health questionnaire to hear about your dental concerns and discuss the options available for your treatment. If you have any questions about invoicing, insurance cover and appointments, please contact our reception team personally, by phone or email – they will be happy to provide further information and guidance.
Panel practice
Our practice is a panel practice. We have a direct contract with the ÖGK, SVA, BVA, and Bauern Versicherung.
Radiography
Digital radiography is the latest technology used to take dental X-rays; it reduces the radiation exposure of our patients to a minimum. Three-dimensional dental volume tomography (DVT) is also available, whose detailed images may be required for a safe diagnosis and planning treatment. Your attending physician has the option to use this resource and refer you to our practice for a DVT. We are happy to assess the images with you and your attending physician.
Treatment room
The spacious treatment rooms overlooking the garden help provide you with the highest possible level of comfort and care. An extra bench is provided for those who may be accompanying patients. Fitted with state-of-the-art medical equipment, the treatment room’s interior design features natural materials and lots of wood, contributing to an attractive ambience where we take time and trust that our patients will be able to relax more easily.
Surgery
Our practice features several treatment rooms. Oral surgery procedures, including implant placements, wisdom teeth removal or root tip resections, are performed in a separate procedure room designed for surgery under sterile conditions. We also have a recovery room where patients can relax before and after the intervention.
Recovery room
Before and after treatment you are welcome to relax in a separate recovery room. Make yourself comfortable on a sofa, rest for a while or browse through some magazines. The room is also fitted with a mirror and a washbasin for you to refresh yourself.
